Green River Inn Apartments is a digital platform that helps the property owner manage rentals, applications, and leases without juggling so many spreadsheets and paper. Tenants get a clear portal for applying and signing; landlords get tools to review households, manage units, and generate lease documents with electronic signatures. It streamlines the management process so the owner can focus on important things.
About the Project
This project was created to help a client manage their rental properties. Tailored to the landlord’s needs, but built in such a way that it could be modified and used by other landlords. The project is still in progress, and upcoming features include things like an online payment system and tools to help analyze the financials for the business.
